Houston, TX (October 31, 2020) – A motorcycle accident reported in the Houston area on Saturday afternoon left one person injured. At around 1:15 p.m., on October 31, the Houston Police Department responded to the site of an officer-involved accident.
Reports show that a Houston Police Department officer on a motorcycle was involved in a collision on the northbound lanes of Eastex Freeway feeder road near Lyons Avenue.
The officer sustained serious injuries in the crash. The officer was rushed to an area hospital for the treatment of injuries. No other injuries were reported in the collision.
