Houston, TX (December 17, 2020) – One person has lost their life following a motor vehicle accident in the Houston area on Thursday morning. At around 3 a.m., on December 17, emergency crews were called to the site of a vehicle collision on El Dorado Boulevard.
Reports from authorities show that a red SUV and a dark-colored sedan collided on El Dorado Boulevard at the intersection with Highway 3. The impact of the crash caused the sedan to go off the road and crash into a tree near Galveston Road.
A male passenger in the sedan was killed instantly in the crash. Crews pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
The female driver in each vehicle was rushed to an area hospital for medical assistance. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
