Juan L. Guerra, Jr.

Juan L. Guerra, Jr. was born in the small South Texas town of Roma in 1972. His family relocated to Houston in 1983 and he graduated from Jersey Village High School in 1990. Juan attended St. Thomas University and graduated with a joint major in Business Administration and International Studies in 1999.

While attending St. Thomas University, Juan worked in the family business of Real Estate but always knew he wanted to become an attorney. In 2003, Juan earned his law degree from Thurgood Marshal School of Law.

Juan was hired immediately after law school by a criminal defense firm in which he gained both practical and trial experience. In 2007, Juan entered private practice as one of the partners of Guerra & Farah, PLLC.

He has successfully defended virtually every type of criminal case in both state and federal courts.

Juan has always had a passion for helping people and feels strongly in the defense of every person’s constitutional rights. It is that same passion that Juan carries every time he steps into the courtroom to assure all clients receive a fair trial.

George K. Farah

George K. Farah

George K. Farah grew up in the diverse city of El Paso , Texas . After graduation from El Paso High School in 1994, Mr. Farah attended college at the University of Texas at El Paso and graduated with a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing in 1999.

Mr. Farah moved to Houston , Texas shortly after graduation to attend law school. During law school Mr. Farah maintained a 3.76 grade point average while working as an intern for a Federal Magistrate Judge and clerking at a reputable civil litigation law firm.

Mr. Farah graduated summa cum laude (ranked number 2 out of 243) from Texas Southern University in 2003. Due to Mr. Farah’s success in law school, Mr. Farah received the West Publishing Award which is to the top four students in a graduating class. After his graduation from law school, Mr. Farah worked for a well respected civil litigation firm in Beaumont , Texas for over two years. In 2007, George entered private practice as one of the partners of Guerra & Farah, PLLC.

Milad Kaissar Farah

Licensed in both Texas and New Mexico, Milad Kaissar Farah was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. A graduate of El Paso High School, Mr. Farah holds a degree in marketing from Texas Tech University, and obtained his juris doctor degree at Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Farah began his legal career at a firm based in Houston, Texas defending commercial insurance litigation cases with a focus on wrongful death, personal injury and construction defect claims. Mr. Farah moved back to El Paso, Texas and continued his work on defending commercial litigation cases, including trucking accidents, personal injury and product liability defense. In 2008, Mr. Farah took his defense experience and began working as a Plaintiff’s lawyer. Since his time as a Plaintiff’s attorney, Mr. Farah has personally settled well over 500 cases in Texas and New Mexico.

Sarah C. Dionne

Sarah was born in San Francisco, California and moved several times as the daughter of an Army officer before graduating from high school in San Antonio, Texas in 2001. She then attended The University of Texas at Austin where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, focusing on ecology, evolution and behavior.

After moving to Houston, Sarah started law school in the spring at South Texas College of Law, where she earned merit scholarships, participated in the Environmental Law Society and studied abroad in Prague, Czech Republic. During her summers, Sarah interned at the First Court of Appeals of Texas and the United States Attorney General's Office. Sarah graduated law schooling December May 2010. She currently enjoys practicing school law as well as civil litigation.
